Professional with MBA and Bs Degree in Actuary, with a solid professional experience in Multinational companies, in which 12 years were in a leading agrochemical company, 7 years in a Consultancy company and 5 years in an Insurance company. I have had global and regional LATAM level exposure, with responsibilities at Latin American North Territory, with a coverage of 23 countries; main focused in developing, implementing and leading Finance and Human Resources’s teams, understanding and participating in full processes and controlling information for Reporting, Budget, P&L, Compensation & Benefits, Incentive Plans, Employee rewards programs, Self-Service Programs as well as Pension Plans.
