Professional with MBA and Bs Degree in Actuary, with a solid professional experience in Multinational companies, in which 12 years were in a leading agrochemical company, 7 years in a Consultancy company and 5 years in an Insurance company. I have had global and regional LATAM level exposure, with responsibilities at Latin American North Territory, with a coverage of 23 countries; main focused in developing, implementing and leading Finance and Human Resources’s teams, understanding and participating in full processes and controlling information for Reporting, Budget, P&L, Compensation & Benefits, Incentive Plans, Employee rewards programs, Self-Service Programs as well as Pension Plans. Successfully, I had led different regional projects for Finance where I planned, designed, implemented and administrated them such as the implementation of the Shared Services Center to support Latin America North and the Work Force Planning project within the Territory, as well as the implementation of HR and Finance systems change (People Soft, SAP and Reporting) on the full territory including training to the areas.
