Primary product manager for Grafana's metrics database offering across OSS, enterprise on-premises, and cloud. Chose roadmap, collected customer feedback, presented roadmap to customers, and oversaw customer escalations. Guided development for a 20+ engineer team, working closely with two engineering managers across US and European timezones.Named, managed early-access for, and managed UX design for net-new volume reduction capability for Grafana Cloud Metrics.

Wrote features for and customized Grafana for OEM partners including Microsoft and Amazon, including headless-browser report generation.Designed and led a project to safely expose Grafana dashboards publicly. This added a much-asked for feature while maintaining security in a legacy, mixed-frontend/backend codebase that crossed several teams and organizations.
