Senior Legal Counsel Social Business & ESS : supporting and consolidating entrepreneurship dedicated to the commun good - ConsuItant on professional / vocational project & career - Independent DirectorAs legal expert specialized in international business law, intellectual property law, and certified as a company director by the French Institute of Administrators and Sciences Po, I have developed and deployed professional expertise for twenty years in in the industrial sector at an international scale, namely in the packaging, metallurgy and mining industry, developing the poles of industrial property, leading the strategic risks financing transfers, before sitting on the Board of Directors. In 2018, I chose to shift my career towards social business and social entrepreneurship, obtaining a dedicated business management university degree at Paris-Dauphine University, and focusing on governance and management of co-constructions, business models and structures committed to societal innovation, ESS, a sustainable positive impact, for profit and non-profit organizations. Today, Within Livelihoods Venture, I now oversee all legal matters associated with Livelihoods funds and Livelihoods projects. I ensure appropriate governance, develop legal and administrative best practices, as well as proper compliance with international and local standards. I am particularly involved in the contractualisation phases with all partners in the coalition (including e.g., investors, project implementers, service providers, etc.).I support corporate governance in other organisations in my capacity as an independent and certified Board Director, concerned with and guaranteeing professionalism, integrity and collaborative approach to the Board.I work with people who want to build their professional project in coherence and unity with who they are personally, certain that everyone has a special and unique place in the (professional) world.
