Program Manager is responsible for leading four weekly reading clinics at OUSD school sites, facilitating tutoring sessions, providing resources, and assisting with material selection and lesson planning. I also collaborate with the Program Director to ensure quality program delivery and smooth functioning of the clinics and related programs. Key responsibilities include procurement and management of materials, supporting volunteer communications, and using program management tools to maintain detailed records of students and progress. Maintain constant communication with OUSD Principals and Teachers with any update with the student we are serving.

In collaboration with various teachers and families, I provided private instruction online or in-home for students who needed a less competitive environment. I made sure to create a productive learning environment through building rapport and maintaining consistency. I also offered mentorship to create a natural learning setting at home. Additionally, I worked on fostering strong relationships with students and parents to ensure the success of the clients.
