Prior to starting HomeSource, Pia worked with some of Australia’s leading companies including the Commonwealth Bank, CSR, Mobil, CSL, Tip Top Bakeries, '3', Samsung, Sikorsky, and more. Working on the agency side, in each instance, she was involved in high level strategy development, working closely with senior management within client organisations. Pia has always enjoyed leading the strategy development function, turning ideas into executed strategies that deliver results, improving profitability, consumer satisfaction, and corporate reputation.Within the HomeSource Group, Pia now enjoys a broader range of responsibilities including senior directorship and management roles, financial responsibilities and growing a range of new to market businesses from scratch into a successful national business, delivering a range of new to market solutions for home owners.Pia takes pride in developing and managing manage teams that have delivered great results.
