Nov09-to day: PMO for the main CHT client for regions: Turkey & Czech Republic.Sept09-Nov09:Responsable fo Campaign Management system testing sessione for the main CHT operator in Turkey.Jun09-Sept09: The project aims at designing the new CRM platform for the major Italian Utility Company (Retail Area). During the PRJ I have was responsabile for the analysis of the processes, conducing meetings with Business Process Owners and ICT team leaders, analyzing the requirements and formalize functional design andsupporting the technical team in the technical design. During session test I was TeamLeader of a group of 10 people regarding the acquisition functionalities of the CRM;Mar09-Jun09:Responsabile for 3 projects about billing systems and connection taxes for thefirst private operator on the Italian market of natural gas and electricity;May08-Mar09: Responsible of the administration and coordination of a group composed by 30 people for developing and testing the CRM software for the Italy’s largest power company, and Europe’s second listed utility by installed capacity;Sep07-May08: Study, Developing and Implementation of a software for the Qualification and Vendor Rating for the main Italian operator for the transmission and dispatching of natural gas in Italy.

The main activity was to sell Fiorentini’s products in foreign countries.
