With fewer and fewer Americans having the security of a Defined Benefit Plan in their retirement portfolio, I believe that all Defined Contribution Plans should offer participants an option that provides lifetime income in retirement. As a member of the senior team and Head of Product Operations, I am responsible for the implementation of Micruity's data infrastructure services that facilitate a partnership between DC Plan recordkeepers, insurers and other stakeholders to easily offer institutional lifetime income products to plan sponsors and participants.

• Successfully led a cross-functional team to develop and implement a unique integration model for business process outsourcing of the Defined Benefit administration business. Influenced the project team to deliver faster by balancing a test and learn strategy with the traditional risk avoidance methodology. • Combined multiple teams of over 150 associates from different organizations into one to realize process efficiencies and synergies. • Collaboratively designed a cost-effective solution for distributing and servicing a new retirement income product through Prudential’s and other administrators’ Defined Contribution recordkeeping platforms, including projects through the SPARK Institute to standardize data integration files and participant experiences across the industry. Solution was implemented on multiple platforms.• Led the planning and successful execution of three simultaneous initiatives as part of the integration of Cigna Retirement into Prudential’s Retirement business.

• Introduced digital self-service capabilities to transform Defined Benefit customers’ experience and achieve productivity improvements. Recommendations to relocate and centralize key operational processes were implemented.• As member of senior team, developed and executed the business strategy to launch health and welfare benefits administration services. Recruited and managed the client implementation team that executed annual enrollment and on-going benefits administration.• Established and maintained C-suite relationships with National Account clients, consistently exceeding profitability and service targets. Volunteered with project teams to develop and launch new services and proactively recommended clients be early adopters.• Managed a team that performed recordkeeping services for the largest and most complex 401(k) plans, consistently exceeding service level targets.
