• Management: 3 People• Functional Coordination: 100 people (In direct contact with the Artistic Director, Studio, CEO, Material Suppliers, Finish Product Suppliers, Sales, Logistic, Retail, etc.)• Follow-up of Sample development, product technical referencing, orders of Raw Materials.• Collection Editing: Control the consistency of the referencing for the technical needs of the production.• Monitoring and control of production purchase prices and industrial cost prices. Monitoring of margins and renegotiation of prices with suppliers (Saving several million Euros per season). Drafting of functional specifications and implementation of a costing tool and a reference / color renegotiation monitoring tool. Calculation of a Gross Saving.• Monitoring the Raw material purchase price and renegotiation.• Monitoring the production capacities by suppliers, setting up a schedule by Market, management Transfers/Cancellations for production.• Calculation of the state of raw material needs by Market for anticipated orders. Drafting of functional specifications and implementation of an automatic needs calculation tool. Follow-up of the orders.• Other Analysis: Set up reports such as supplier delivery status, supplier production performance, production history, etc.• Project management: PLM project manager, user administration, user training, drafting of functional/technical specifications.

• Management: 1 people. • Functional Coordination : 50 people (In direct contact with the Artistic Director, Studio, CEO, Sales, Production, Wholesale, Retail…)• In charge of the Product technical referencing and of the consistency of the offer.• Define the entire product offer (Shoes and Leather Goods) in collaboration with the Artictic DirectorResults : Review of Carryover offer, diminution of production cancellations.• Define Wholesale et Retail pricing strategy.• Follow-up of margins and negociation objectives for production managers.• Sales Forecast by product department, by network (wholesale, retail), by market.• Sales Analysis: Best sellers and product life cycles, commercial performance, ensuring compliance with budgets, identifying market trends, competitive studies.• Project management: Functional BI project manager, creation and administration of reports, user training, quality auditor on the functional aspects of the project.
