Drafting of functional specifications and implementation of a costing tool and a reference / color renegotiation monitoring tool. Calculation of a Gross Saving.• Monitoring the Raw material purchase price and renegotiation.• Monitoring the production capacities by suppliers, setting up a schedule by Market, management Transfers/Cancellations for production.• Calculation of the state of raw material needs by Market for anticipated orders. Drafting of functional specifications and implementation of an automatic needs calculation tool. Follow-up of the orders.• Other Analysis: Set up reports such as supplier delivery status, supplier production performance, production history, etc.• Project management: PLM project manager, user administration, user training, drafting of functional/technical specifications.
