Vice Chairs are chosen amongst the student representatives.Opinions are formed on basis of the input of the heads of universities & university colleges, students, the staff of the institutions and socio-cultural organizations. They are directly used in the Flemish Parliament or in the Committee of Education of the Flemish Parliament.
