I am a Controller with 10+ year Experience, developed in multinational and structured Companies. I started my journey within the Bosch Group, working in an international Environment, with a period as Expatriate in Germany.Today I am Head of Controlling in the Acetum Group; I took over the role following the acquisition of the company by a Private Equity Firm (Clessidra sgr).My skills are related to industrial cost controlling, acquired in an organization focused on the Lean production, the complete management of processes like Budgeting, Monthly closing and reporting, the implementation of specific projects in the controlling and finance field, the cooperation with the Top Management on a daily basis.During my carrier I was involved in some ERP projects, mainly the SAP migration as Key User in Bosch and in the ERP development in Acetum; I also supervised the creation of the new reporting package in the BI, leading the consultant step by step.I am extremely motivated in managing my team of people, organizing our targets and developing their skills, but also have the chance to work with the rest of the Management Team and contribute directly to the business. I like working in an international environment, over challenging targets to achieve, like I did during the Closing process with the Private Equity, and after that within the Integration process in the Associated British Foods Group, current owner of the company.
