Advisory’s Standardization and Automation Program: Program leader for standardizing how our client professionals engage our Acceleration Centers, overseeing strategy, implementation and adoption efforts- Mortgage Servicing Merger Integration: Worked as a program manager on a large mortgage servicing merger integration project where a mortgage company engaged PwC to provide IT Program Management Model and Support to efficiently manage 60+ projects covering software, hardware, infrastructure, and security across 9 IT pillars encompassing 400+ FTE (doubling their portfolio capacity). As project manager, other responsibilities included project economics, control risk, coordinate project tracking documents (i.e. project plans), and produce progress and IMO/CIO status reports.- Mortgage Independent Foreclosure Review: Served as a project manager within one of the firm's largest Independent Foreclosure Review (IFR) projects. This role entailed forecasting various elements of engagement economics including resource management, risk management, throughput forecasting and completion timelines, and budget projections. He was a key member of the PMO team, managing work stream leads, collaborating with PwC Leadership, and delivering to client executives on a continuous and recurring basis throughout his tenure on the project. - Experience with Encompass 360 platform implementations with financial institutions and mortgage companies. Analyzed current state loan origination processes and documented business requirements, optimized workflows and configured platform to meet different lending strategies and operational requirements. Utilized in multiple stages of LOS delivery including discovery, initial deployment, post deployment and advisory services.
