I am teaching Bikram inspired classes to inspire students in their quest for a healthy and prosperous life.

I am teaching inspiring Bikram and Vinyasa hot yoga classes. I also led a Bikram Advanced class on Saturday mornings. The nature of this class is to inspire students and to bring the community together through the challenges of the 2-hour class.

I have competed once regionally in Brisbane placing 1st. Three times Nationally placing 4th, 3rd, 2nd. I have represented Australia twice at the international yoga asana compition placing 32nd and 20th.I am currently in preperation to compete in the August 2018 national championships

I manage the day to day aspects of running a busy Hot Yoga studio. I handle all matters relating to rosters, teaching classes, practicing, training and developing teachers, maintaining studio cleanliness, leading advanced class, training students to compete in yoga competitions, studio maintenance, final daily sales count, assist studio owner in all matters relating to running the studio, training and correcting students in how to correctly execute yoga asana, time management, studio development, promotion and performance, sales generation, reception duties, replying to and managing emails and managing the studio phone.

Managed all aspects of running the kitchen. Food safety, preparation, cleanliness, ordering, staff training, staff hiring, menu planning, store promotions, liasing with Brisbane city council to maintain 5 star food safety rating, worked with third party auditors to maintain high standards of food safety procedures. Engaged in ongoing training and deveopment in all aspects of food safety and preparation. Qualified food safety supervisor.

Managed cash, floats and banking. Greet customers, assess requirements, and process orders. Conduct stock take, rotate and store stock appropriately. Prepare food stuffs. Maintain cleanliness.

Staff rostering and management with an emphasis on leadership. Conduct stock takes, Conduct banking, ensure customer service and satisfaction is maintained, monitor procedures, maintain cleanliness and safety in food preperation and the store, monitor food preparation, monitor storage requirements and use by dates, manage staff, store performance, efficiency and sales.

Managed all aspects of putting a roof on a house. Laying batons, papering and laying tiles.
