Fill the form of addition of new products, changes in product prices, as well as the elimination of the product for approval of SPGM 7. To input additions of new products, changes in product prices IFS (ERP Software) after getting approval from SPGM 8. Making a memo of funding proposals / memo claims for promotional activities to be noted and recorded properly

Service Level Management• Make a Service Level Agreement reports for Monthly Review and BOD (Board Of Director)• Make a MTD and YTD reports of Service Level Order Fulfillment (Principal to Distributor) and (Branches to Outlets)• Make an Expired Date report of every products3. Invoicing Voucher• Recieve Invoices from vendor and distribution to Marketing Advertising Finance for Checking all• Make a Purchase Order from PBJ (Permintaan Barang Jadi) from all Brand Executives, Brand Manager for event, advertisement, etc• Sending/Fax PO to Vendor• Vouchering Invoice 4. Sales Forecast Monitoring• Estimation Sales Meeting Report• Sales Forecast Accuracy Report5. Monitor Distribution Product• FGD Delivery Monitoring• Late Delivery Report6.
