Andrea is the CEO of “On your Business”. She is a business coach trained through EMyth Business Coaching. On Your Business works with entrepreneurs with fun, passion, energy and focus on a vision. Andrea is an authentic motivator to empower entrepreneurs/executives to create a meaningful life and a profitable business. She is also a corporate trainer contributing to develop people in organizations to feel confident, empowered to contribute to the big picture, the vision that entrepreneurs lead. Andrea has 15 years of consulting experience in her home country of Brazil, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with specialization in human resources management. Through her own consulting firm, she worked with CEOs and other executives, sharing insights into how to be an effective leader. She also developed teams and people in organizations with all sizes and missions. Andrea moved to the US in 2004. Following the completion of a master’s program in International Management from Phoenix University, she traveled assisting well-known musicians, like Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra Jr., on business trips throughout Brazil. She has also been to Cape Verde in Africa to help prepare consultants for small business development.Andrea became a faculty member of the business department at Delgado Community College in 2008. Now she is the Lead Faculty of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program guiding entrepreneurs throughout the country to a sustainable growth.
