In my current role, I champion and promote the NFTA through all areas of the communications funnel. My deep understanding of our operations, employees, and customers allows me to deliver content that builds awareness and supports the NFTA's mission in providing best-in-class transporation services throughout Western New York. I am dedicated to building programs, growing and managing teams, and empowering others to succeed. I often collaborate with elected officials, community leaders, civic groups, and sponsors to build and execute special events. I bring exceptional creative vision and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring top-notch experiences for all involved. During my tenure, I have cultivated a highly successful and award-winning Communications Internship Program within the Public Affairs Department. I have developed and manage all aspects of the program, including establishing collaborative relationships with administrators in the higher education community. The program's success is reflected in the hundreds of students who have (quickly) gained professional roles, both within the NFTA and other high-profile employers in the WNY region. In addition, different departments within this organization have requested my help in launching their own programs. I am also a nationally certified resume writer (CPRW). I am well-versed in building personal brands and showcasing exceptional results and achievements.
