About Mike Piedmonte

I'm a leader in Robotics solutions as a systems engineer, chief engineer, end technical leader with deep expertise in dynamics, controls, and aerospace systems. Because I've been fortunate to work on many different types of systems requiring feedback control at all levels in the stack, I'm able to understand, plan, and communicate between large teams doing very different work in the field of robotics and aerospace. I've worked on one-of-a-kind unique prototypes from conceptual design to proof-of-concept flights and now with Amazon I've helped bring these prototypes to scale. I've worked with small, medium and very large internationally-based teams and am able to connect people and naturally rise as the leader among the teams. I have good instincts and intuition that I attribute to my broad experience base and to the high quality of people who have mentored me and worked with me over the years.
