Founded and developed Croomo from the ground up to become one of the most sought after Corporate and Retail Communications Companies in Australia. Developed and managed a wide range of marketing tools, including promotional materials, direct-mail pieces, HTML e-mail Campaigns, Web sites and Admin Tools, Product Promotional DVDs, Software Demonstration Discs and many more. Defined and evaluated product marketing collateral, programs, and analyses. Tracked, projected, project managed and reported both branding, advertising and circulation-based marketing programs. Maintained communication with Staff, Partners, Board Members and Joint Venture Partners to ensure marketing activities aligned with business goals. Provided leadership and direction to marketing associates to guide the creation of marketing materials and ensure congruence with objectives.Selected Contributions:Created a comprehensive Learner Management Software Package as a Joint Venture Partner with dita Solutions.Successfully maintained and increased client base by designing and implementing strategic customer-retention and communication projects and online tools for staff and clients.Formed strategic Joint Venture Partnerships with Several Companies to ensure Market Penetration from multiple levels.Planned and led the execution of several online advertising campaigns, tradeshow exhibitions, web video advertising campaigns, DVD Campaigns and Press Releases.

The Lord Mayor's Economic Development Steering Committee was established by the Lord Mayor to advise Council on economic development priorities for Brisbane and delivered the "Brisbane's Unique Window of Opportunity"​ report in 2012. In 2015 the Committee delivered the "Brisbane 2022 New World City Action Plan"​. The Committee continues to work with Council to monitor progress and implementation of recommendations.

Communications:I was assigned to create and manage the infrastructure for Samancor Chrome’s internal and external communication channels. These included an external web site, an intranet, a Communities of Practice Forum, a SAP Portal, Newsletters, Brochures, online communications and Learner Development Systems.Brand Management:Much of my energy has been directed towards the company’s brand whilst I took on the role of Brand Manager. As an added benefit to the company I created an on-line Corporate Image Guideline. Apart from upgrading the Samancor Chrome brand, I developed a South African identity and brand for Kermas Ltd and a sister company, SamChrome.Multi Media and Training Development:Understanding the importance of well educated personnel and the power of Multi Media, I created a host of training applications and on-line assessments for the Safety and Human Resources Department.
