Mount Rose is a native animal wildlife sanctuary near Seymour. This job has mostly entailed working as a farm-hand but also learning about sustainable farming practices such as crop rotation and permaculture.

I was privileged enough to work as a sales intern at Danone Murray Goulburn. This internship also allowed me to identify which part of an FMCG business I wanted to develop my skills in as some weeks I was able to collaborate with different teams (R&D, Marketing, Finance). Although the six weeks flew by, I was able to learn a lot about the industry and build great relationships with team members.

This role started off as a manufacturing technician, making machines for key tourist attractions such as Sea Life, Melbourne Star, the Otways and Zoo's all throughout Australia. Once machines were delivered, my role further developed into ensuring customer relationships were maintained through regular phone check-ups, inventory assessment with customers and maintenance.
