I joined Tech-Master Italia and Selini Group as Technical Sales Manager to strenghten my commercial and negotiation skills and be in touch with the end customers to better understand their needs.Subsequently, I joined Italgru as Sales Manager for harbor and offshore cranes achieving over time ever-increasing revenue results and gaining trust and appreciation from our premium customers such as SAIPEM, SBM OFFSHORE, MCDERMOTT and DP WORLDBeing also the reference to the final customer I have learnt how to manage complex situations, perform feasibility analysis, gain trust and be able to negotiate.
