Over 1200 colleagues working at consumers' service, defense of their rights, personalized services, in 5 countries at Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats (Belgium), Altroconsumo (Italy), DECOProteste (Portugal), OCU (Spain), Proteste (Brazil).

I was Head of Public Affairs at Altroconsumo, the Italian consumers’ organization based in Milan, with 150 employees, Member of BEUC and Consumers International. From 2011 I became Board member of the association, and Representative of Altroconsumo at Lombardy Region.- Activities: Advocating and lobbying on behalf of consumer’s interests. Management of the Institutional Relations Office with five collaborators reporting to the Director of Altroconsumo as well as to the Director of Institutional Relations at Group level. Maintaining contacts with Regulatory Authorities, Italian and European competent administrations as well as with operators. In representing consumers’ interests at Parliamentary and Governmental level I constantly participated in hearings and intervened in conferences, round tables, University courses, masters and TV/Radio, in particular in the field of telecommunication, Internet and intellectual property.- Member of the following working groups and committees: -Working Group on competition issues of the European Consumer Consultative Group - DG COMP European Commission; -Consumer Justice Enforcement Forum COJEF - DG Justice European Commission; -Intellectual Property Policy Committee of TACD - Trans Atlantic Consumer Dialogue; -Working Group on digital issues of BEUC - the European Consumers’ Organization; -Working Group on mediation, ADR and class action of CNCU - National Council of Users and Consumers; -Consumers Council at Lombardy Region.
