I serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, answer phones and emails in a timely manner and lead informational and engaging tours of the campus.

I was responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to Festival artists, guests, patrons, and donors; communicated with donors; assisted with record keeping; worked with donor information in a database system, Spectrix; conducted development-related research projects; helped prepare for hospitality events; and participate in grant fulfillment and reporting. Additionally, I supported the Festival’s other administrative departments and leadership.

I collaborated with team members to create and lead activities for actors 8-17, facilitated rehearsal space and protocols, assisted in teaching improvisation and immersive classes, and secured camp safety policies.
