In my role as a Frontend Developer at PageSuite, I am tasked with the development of a new e-edition website using Next.js to replace the existing product. My responsibilities encompass various aspects, including conceptualising and developing the proof of concept for this new e-edition website .One of my key contributions lies in designing an architecture to wrap a JavaScript SDK within a Next.js UI container app. This entails integrating features such as hastag labs advertising and implementing a secure gateway login/authentication system. Additionally, I actively contribute to the development of the JavaScript Reader SDK, focusing on interactive features, dynamic html templates, puzzles and PDF articles to enhance user engagement.Furthermore, I play a crucial role in driving feature development for interactive HTML templates and PDF pages, ensuring compatibility across different devices and browsers. To streamline collaboration among team members, I introduced and maintain a Git workflow. This facilitates efficient tracking of changes and enhances overall project management.In terms of task management, I utilise Jira to organize and manage tasks effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. These efforts have contributed to the successful rollout of the web version with McClatchy, a prominent American client. The positive feedback received for the website's performance and usability is a testament to our team's dedication to enhancing user engagement through innovative features.

Researching and investigating relevant mechanisms that are being used to mitigate drag,including technological advances in materials, deposition and manufacturing techniques.Super hydrophobic surfaces can be very effective at mitigating drag for underwater and surfacevehicles, this research centred around how these super hydrophobic surfaces can befurther developed and optimised for improved effectiveness.

Working within the BIW Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering dimensional management team. This role involved a detailed understanding of how each vehicle is manufactured for Body in White (BIW) as well as the dimensional measurement requirements. This particular role has allowed me to gain a great deal of experience, including the following:• JLR full two week CATIA V5 and Teamcenter training course. This included detailed surface and solid model training, as well as data management within teamcenter.• Detailed understanding of the BIW manufacturing process.• Creating complete dimensional measurement plans within CATIA V5 to meet vehicle design gateways and changes.• Working closely with other departments within Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure build processes, tolerances, design changes are all fully up to date and understood.
