Optimize performance and fix race conditions. * Project Management -- Work with product team to determine feature requirements and scope. Interface with design team to determine UI. Manage other developers on feature team. Organize work into epics and stories. * Recruiting efforts -- Plan engineering team recruiting process. Source candidates through LinkedIn. Phone screen and technical interviews. Create practice problems and take home project. * Mentoring -- Pair with developers on feature work or bug fixes. * Manage Cloud infrastructure -- Coordinate upgrades, fix deployment issues, set up staging environments.Notable Features:* Shopify Integration -- Allow clients to connect their Shopify store to sync discount code data and assign codes to influencers in their campaign.
