OVERVIEW:Pierce first stepped foot in a video control room when he was in high school. Upon graduation he started working professionally in the entertainment business and immediately saw how the business was tied to finance. He paralleled his touring career with business education and will be both graduating from Harvard in 2025 with a Business Administration major, Finance minor, and will complete his Certificate of Financial Planning from NYU in 2024. Pierce has seen the need and focused on the intersection of production and finance. His production expertise spans global venues, from intimate clubs to massive stadiums. By coupling production expertise and financial analysis, Pierce is able to furnish stakeholders with precise information to drive informed decision-making.CURRENT:Owner and Principal at Profusion Productions LLC – a consulting venture for live entertainment based in Nashville, TN - Profusion Productions serves as the connective tissue to bridge the gap between the increasing level of technical execution, global logistics, and precise budgeting. The urgency in planning live events, coupled with their inherent costliness, necessitates the need for accurate wholistic budgets within tight timeframes. Decision- makers cannot afford incomplete financial projections and require the most precise information for informed decision-making, especially in a world where production expenses are generally the largest line items in the budget. Pierce collaborates to ensure projects align with timelines, budgets, and creative visions. Pierce helps you build a budget that instills confidence by controlling expenses and maximizing profits.FUTURE GOALS:To build on my unique skillset of high-level technical execution, project management, and financial acumen to serve artists, their teams, and crew on future projects.REAL ESTATE:I have been interested in real estate investments from a young age. After being on tour for a few years, I saved up money and invested in commercial real estate office spaces in my hometown of Cincinnati, OH where I also serve as the property manager. When the entertainment industry came to a stop, I decided to obtain my affiliate broker license and become an agent. In a little over six months, I was able to close on 25 transactions totaling over $9.8 million in closings.
