"Think Like an Artist" an innovative workshop for teams of 5 to 30 to experience how artists approach problem solving, teamwork, creativity and countless other skills. Creator, Bryan Ohno, draws connections to everyday challenges and encourages creative thinking as an approach for resolution. As project specialist, work was done to shape the workshop format, research potential clients and markets, and align vision and mission with workshop application.

Function as the Executive Director for The American String Project, a Seattle-based chamber orchestra. Successfully produced annual chamber concert series at Benaroya Hall, and annual fundraising events featuring chamber music. Work closely with the Board of Directors, donors, musicians and patrons. Maintain all fundraising, grant-writing, tickets sales and merchandise sales. Oversee bookkeeping, budget management and accounts. Coordinate all artists’ travel, accommodations, contracts and musical needs. Develop marketing, advertising and social media.

As a part of the operations team, assisted Music Director, Gerard Schwarz with all administrative, project and donor relations work. Functioned as the liaison between Seattle Symphony and the Seattle Symphony Chorale, a volunteer choir of over 100 people. Worked closely with administrative staff on special projects and events, and with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra for operational duties in concert production. Functioned as a crucial staff member for scheduling, operational duties and development projects.
