My practice focuses on business and commercial counseling and litigation, assisting clients with regard to business organizations, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, contract disputes, business torts, commercial collections and real property and probate disputes. I also have extensive experience in handling commercial collection and foreclosure matters, along with other types of litigation for financial institutions. In addition to my legal practice, I serve as the firm's Chief Executive Officer, where I chair our Executive Committee and work with our practice group leaders to implement our firm vision. I previously served as Chief Marketing Officer, where I was involved in all aspects of our lawyers' relationships with their clients and the public. I previously chaired our firm's Business Litigation Practice Group for several years.I am very active in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. I currently serve as Director of Division V, overseeing many of the Section's great substantive committees. I previously held a position as Division Director managing the relationship between all of the Section's content-filled publications. I have previsouly served as Co-Chair of the Business Torts Litigation Committee, a group of several thousand business litigators from around the country.
