We currently have a commercial production facility in Greenville, SC and are scaling up through the development of joint venture projects and the licensing of our proprietary technology.As VP for Finance and Investor Relations, I am primarily responsible for:• Assisting in the origination, structuring, authoring,and closure of equity and debt investments.• Developing corporate financial and valuation models to support organizational decision making and to demonstrate return potential of our business to investors and strategic partners.• Creating project finance models that utilize a variety of investment structures, regulatory incentives, and valuation methods to assess joint venture project risks, sensitivities, and economic viability.• Managing all due diligence activities to facilitate corporate investment and to evaluate international joint venture opportunities.• Leading our investor relations program to cultivate durable relationships and to ensure a high standard of reporting, compliance, and good governance.• Conducting and distilling market and regulatory research into actionable reports for executives.• Supporting the formulation for annual budgets and monthly financial statements and provide regular budget variance analysis to executives and the Board.• Creating polished executive summaries, business plans and proposals, technical presentations, and other ad hoc marketing materials.
