Here are some of these projects and their relevant chievements:- Reengineering and reorganization of the internal/external production and logistics activities in order to increase effectiveness, flexibility, supply chain efficiency and service level perceived by the market. - Redesign of the logistics processes starting from the “lean manufacturing concepts” and thedevelopment of customizations to guarantee the accordance with the service requirements for the largescale retail trade and for international customers. Introduction of the process automation directing the WMS implementation project (warehouse management system). - Redesign of the domestic and international distribution activities (import and export); negotiation and renewal of the all transportation contracts. - Transfer, reorganization and new layout of the Chinese factory.
