The Peeragogy Project produces the Peeragogy Handbook, an evolving guide that tells a collaboratively written story that anyone can help write and use to develop effective roadmaps for their own projects. Using the collaborative principles and patterns from the Handbook, our Peeragogy Accelerator offers consultation in such diverse domains as publishing, education, manufacturing, community organization, and music. peeragogy.org

Our organization serves the 6 New England states. We support our members by exhibiting at trade shows and conferences, and by providing educational and networking opportunities.

As a cooperative nonprofit, IPNE provides networking, resources, education, and cooperative marketing for New England's independent publishing community. Member volunteers design and carry out our programs in the Peeragogy organizational model.In 2015-2016, the Board's portfolio includes developing a robust membership benefits program including vendor discounts and mentoring programs; direct membership outreach; rationalizing finances, and mounting five major cooperative marketing and educational events. These events include our 5th Annual Conference & 2nd Annual Book Awards, and exhibits at New England Independent Booksellers (NEIBA); New England Library Assn. (NELA), and the Boston Book Festival (BBF).

Our flagship book, the wildly popular DayTripper, started it all in 2005 with frank & entertaining reviews of more than 350 family friendly day trips in the Metro Boston area. In development are a revise of the Greater Boston book, plus DayTripper titles for the Cape and South Coast; S. Vermont & New Hampshire; North Texas; and Eastern & Western Washington State. We're also working republishing several vintage (1898-1920's era) children's books.

IPNE provides networking, resources, education and cooperative marketing for New England’s independent publishing community, from authors to publishers to publishing service vendors.
