Team is responsible for interfacing with corporate supply chain, executing the production schedule, and optimizing plant performance.

Responsible for leading the Maintenance Team in a Polypropylene facility (Spheripol technology) with integrated utility assets. Team was comprised of 21 hourly craftsmen (11 contract) and 9 salaried employees. Staff included maintenance engineers, a supervisor, planners, and a scheduling resource. The team was charged with the execution and optimization of maintenance efforts in support of facility operations. Notable highlights include team re-structure and a revitalization of work execution process.

Responsible for leading the Maintenance Team in a Polypropylene facility (Unipol technology). Team was comprised of 12 hourly craftsmen and 8 salaried employees. Staff included maintenance engineers, a supervisor, planners, and a scheduling resource. The team was charged with the execution and optimization of maintenance efforts in support of facility operations. Notable highlights include a transition to SAP for CMMS, integration of newly purchased splitter assets, and successful execution of a Plant Turnaround.

Notable highlights included creating dashboards for metric visibility, leading a corporate wide criticality and asset evaluation, and participating in the SAP transition team.

Responsible for managing all Reliability efforts in a Polypropylene facility (Unipol). This includes supervising the electrical reliability engineer and the PDM technician while maintaining Mechanical Reliability duties. The Lead focuses on driving the Reliability Improvement Team, prioritizing costly failure trends for management and indentifying solutions to improve on-stream time.

Member of the Sunoco Chemicals business unit, dealing with plant reliability issues in a Polypropylene facility. Efforts contributed to a 6.5% improvement in controllable reliability over 3 years (87%-93.5%). Responsibilities included targeting gaps in Plant Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs; implementing repairs through improved procedures and scheduled maintenance; performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures; managing the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) Program; directing the PDM technician; PDM data analysis and repair recommendations; and initiating capital projects for reliability.
