Served on the inbound business acquisition sales team, connecting agencies and brands of all sizes with solutions on the largest WordPress digital experience platform through full-cycle sales motions.

- Cultivated, solicited, and stewarded a portfolio of 150 annual donors to the University- Prospected in assigned territory to identify and solicit new annual donors- Closed annual, major, and estate gifts- Worked across University Relations team to establish new processes for Annual Giving team

- Oversaw design, creation, and distribution of over 1600 customized stewardship and impact reports to University donors- Managed administration of customized donor reports for annual and endowed funds- Developed messaging and managed all necessary financial data for reporting purposes- Implemented new protocols for stewardship, including annual donor touches and streamlined internal requirements- Established partnerships with each School and College Dean's and Finances offices to ensure more effective communication for donor funds and student recipient

- Collaborated with Donor Relations staff to revise and manage procedures and programs for naming and gift agreements - Assisted in auditing all University gift agreements to meet compliance with General Counsel and University standards, ensuring legality and donor intent- Oversaw donor events including annual Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon, the Mutual of Omaha Endowed Chair Inauguration, and Staff Donor Appreciation Reception

Twice elected (November 2014 and 2015), I served as Executive Vice President for the Creighton Students Union, the comprehensive student government on Creighton University's campus, serving the over 8,000 undergraduate and post-graduate students enrolled at Creighton University. In this role, I served as a liaison between the Creighton Students Union Executive Committee, the student body, the Creighton Students Union legislatures, and university committee and advisory board members, as well as the chief communications, outreach, and operations officer.
