    Top management position in the Gambling Industry. I was hired to run the Online Gambling Division of this Italian multichannel gaming operator. I coordinated several departments: Games, Betting, BIngo, Online Acquisition, Online Retention, Wallet and Operations. I was in charge of the whole business unit and was responsible for about 50 people, some of them I personally trained to become specialised in digital marketing. I reorganised the division into a client cycle oriented structure which allowed the company to perform better acquisition and retention.The coordination with other departments of the company was the real challenge.

I report to the President and I am responsible to organise the company activities, to coordinate Strategic Partners and to lobby with AAMS, the Italian gaming regulator. Won the license to operate a telecom network to connect slot machines in 2004 and within a year reached 15000 connected slots.
