About Piergiorgio Gerli

I started my career in the Controlling area, and I grew up, both personally and professionally, reaching a 360° experience over the Finance Area. I covered then the CFO function and the role as Business Partner of the Managing Director. I also served as General Manager. My experience developed in different types of Companies, from small Italian ones with Owners or Italian management, to Multinational Groups with International management.Charisma, Natural Leadership and Development of my direct reports are usually recognised as owned talents, while a strong curiosity about the business generates a proactive style.
