My primary task involved maintaining, debugging and repairing computers, although my role in the company was heavily skewed toward technical support, remote assistance and maintaining strong customer relations. I advised in building new systems as well as extending and upgrading existing infrastructure and networks.

I was employed to evaluate various computer parts, usually under tight deadlines. I developed strong writing and communication skills, having to reach a large audience with varying levels of technical knowledge. Providing feedback to manufacturers and interacting with the community was also a key part of my role.
