My professional career has been always developed inside R&D and Product Development divisions, mostly in the automotive sector.In FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOTIVE I followed a 13-year professional growth path in Product Development up to the role of EMEA HVAC SYSTEM R&D Manager, managing a team of 54 and a budget of around 8Mio €. I acquired a deep technical and managerial expertise in a complex and well-structured, international industrial environment; I developed solid grounding in managing challenging projects, proven skills in cross-functional teams’ organization and coordination, and a strong propensity to problem-solving. In FIAMM COMPONENTI ACCESSORI – a world’s leading automotive company dealing with acoustic devices – after about a year spent in the role of Head of Mechanical Design, I was entrusted with the management of the Application Engineering Team, which is the technical reference for all FIAMM's automotive customers. In this context, in addition to developing the procedures and methodologies related to the business processes for which I was responsible, I was able to capitalize my previous experience in customer relationship management.
