Main responsibility is to coordinate the Countries and the Global Business Lines involved in the Loss Prevention Program together with the Consultant/Broker (AON) in performing 80 visits globally along the year in order to test and check the lacks and/or areas of improvement when it comes to safety and O&M of the assets of the Group: Power Plants (Thermal and Renewable) or the Distribution assets. During the Covid pandemic the activity saw an increasing number of "virtual visits" throughout Remote assistance such as Holens2 (smart glasses) and their integration with TEAMS, thus in order to perform regularly the planned visits also during the emergency and to guarantee so a Business continuity along the Loss Prevention - Risk Mitigation project. My role takes account also of the coordination of the cloud archive (sharepoint) of the reports produced and the selected accesses for the relevant stakeholders to it.
