A people’s person. People give me energy, strength, motivation, and spur me to constantly learn more about myself and I am glad to give the same in return, if asked for. Since I was a child, I have always been intrigued by the importance of relationships. Relationships are what makes us unique. With over 15 years of work and volunteering experience, I was able to enlarge my personal and professional network with people spanning the world.Beta mood. I consider myself an educative explorer, always looking for innovative ways to apply in my workshops. My constant eagerness for learning something new allows me to be 360-degree angle person: being able to create solution in text and model for organisations and people I am working together with. Working on delivering a good workshop for an organisation is what pushes me into staying critical and honest about it. Feed up, feedback, feedforward – I do welcome as well as value these all the time. Without it, improvement is not possible.A traveler. In the last 12 years, I had the opportunity to live in 5 different countries across the globe. On top of that, my work and volunteering experiences enabled me to visit almost all European countries while engaging with people coming from different cultural backgrounds. This has been enriching in various ways – intercultural understanding, personal adaptability, liberating stereotyping, blending communities and building bridges, just to name a few. Despite this unique way of life, I try to keep my two feet steadfast on the ground.
