K-Soft is an ICT company that provides professional services to several companies.I work in a small team who takes care of the whole salesforcefor several companies of the same Holding.I provide support over the phone or remote support via PC or iPhone. Here, in 2007, I have created and implemented a Linux repeater to ease this function and to maintain a good level of Infrastructure security and privacy.- Our customers -We do look after approximately 800 sales agents, providing them support on several platforms and services; we take care of PC's, Macintosh, iPhones, iPads, Mobile phones, PDA, etc... My responsability is to make sure the sales agent is able to send customer's POs towards the relevant companies as well as mantaining all the other services efficient, SFA software, email, etc..- My Specialties - My experience is widely developed into hardware and software support so I'm also helping out K-Soft for many other side jobs, like selecting hardware (Umts modems, new pc's, support tools, etc...) and software, in order to get a service improvement.Recently I worked on selecting an Helpdesk software, to handle calls, queues and knowledgebase. This involved also an extensive test and implementation of it.
