Urbaniste franco-allemand (INSA Rennes 2011, Institut d'Urbanisme Grenoble 2012) j'ai construit au fil de mes emplois et voyages une expertise diversifiée sur les thématiques de l'habitat autogéré, des politiques de logement et de rénovation urbaine en France et en Amérique Latine.Depuis 2012 j'ai travaillé dans le secteur public (Agence Locale de l’Énergie et du Climat-Montreuil, Institut du Logement de la Ville de Buenos Aires), dans le domaine de la recherche/consultance urbaine (IRD-Mexico, ONU-Habitat Mexico, consultant indépendant), à travers la participation à des réseaux sur la Production Sociale de l'Habitat (Habitat International Coalition, Urbamonde, Global Land Alliance) et dans l'ONG mexicaine Cooperación Comunitaria comme coordinateur local de la reconstruction de maisons traditionnelles détruites ou endommagées par les séismes de septembre 2017 dans l'Etat d'Oaxaca. Persuadé que nous avons beaucoup à apprendre de l'autogestion et de l'organisation collective dans la "ville informelle", j'ai co-conçu et réalisé le projet de recherche-action Habitat en Mouvement (documentation d'initiatives de production et de gestion sociale de l'habitat dans les quartiers populaires de dix pays sudaméricains).
