This is achieved through both strategic planning and effective customer account management, alongside ongoing tactical decisions related to services offerings and new service role outs. Increasing and managing the revenue from a portfolio of key customers, supporting the overall business strategy and being the contact point for all commercial matters are major components of my role. Other areas which fall under my responsibility are agency trade management, managing the digital transformation of the commercial offerings, including Salesforce, as well as setting and implementing the strategic plan and the related budgets for the agency.
