I also mentored and coached team members to enhance their technical skills, increase productivity, and support their professional growth within the organization.

As Chief Technology Officer at LegalTile, I was leading the development and execution of technology strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives to drive efficiency, scalability, and growth. In addition to managing the infrastructure, I developed the entire software stack in Rust, which allowed us to handle the scalability requirements for tens of thousands of users. I was responsible for overseeing the development of our digital platform, which provided easy access to millions of legal documents, company data, financial accounts, and representative information. My role also included managing a diverse team of developers and engineers fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Furthermore, I cultivated strategic partnerships with key vendors and technology providers, ensured robust data security protocols and compliance with relevant legal requirements, effectively managed technology budgets and resources, and monitored industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

During my tenure at Radio France, I served as a SRE lead, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the stability and performance of the company's digital infrastructure during the critical French presidential elections period. I played a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company's digital services, allowing millions of users to stay informed and engaged with the elections.

As the Chief Information Security Officer at Scaleway, I was responsible for heading the security department. My key accomplishments during this tenure included conducting penetration testing and providing training to employees on computer security issues. I managed the technical aspects of GDPR compliance and collaborated closely with the quality department to achieve certifications such as ISO27001.

At Scaleway, I led the technical and product direction for four products targeting developers. My responsibilities included conducting approximately sixty technical interviews, designing highly-scalable architectures, and deploying products on the internal cloud platform. I also designed CI/CD pipelines and developed APIs and backend services utilizing various technologies, such as Python, Celery, Django, and Flask.

Following the acquisition of the company by the Iliad-Free Group, I transitioned into the role of a Board Member. In this capacity, I contributed to the strategic direction and oversight of the organization, providing valuable insights and expertise based on my experience as the founder and CEO. I actively participated in board meetings, engaged in decision-making processes, and collaborated with other board members to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

As the CEO and Founder of the company, I was responsible for building the product end-to-end, from technology to marketing, leading to a successful exit in 2018 when it was acquired by the Iliad-Free Group. My accomplishments during this period included developing the storage backend to handle tens of millions of emails, building an IMAP and SMTP server using Python and Asyncio, and creating the web app backend with Python and Django. I also deployed the product in a hybrid fashion across dozens of colocated servers and multiple cloud providers.
