Gestion du service (12 personnes) : chargées de mission Cofinancement & chargée de gestion financière > intervention dans plus de 30 pays (Afrique, Asie, Amlat, Moyen-Orient) au niveau du service autour de 45 partenaires locaux environ (450 partenaires locaux au CCFD-Terre Solidaire & 67 pays au total)> portefeuille d'une 20taine de projets cofinancés par UE (INTPRA), AFD (DPA-OSC, FISONG, MINKA, DOE), MEAE (CdCS, Pisca pour partenaires locaux), collectivités territoriales, agence de l'eau... > croissance des fonds institutionnels de 2M€/an (à la prise de poste en 2015) à 7M€/an (en 2021) + équipe dédiée transversale (programme intercontinental de transition vers l'agroécologie paysanne 30 partenaires locaux / 15 pays) - 4 personnes (projet de 12M€ sur 4 ans renouvelable 3 fois soit 12 ans).

Quality engineering and process management expert : - Project cycle Management - Monitoring and evaluation (training, and external evaluator for NGO programs) - Quality, methodology and operational processes - Quality & project cycle management Trainer (including M&E)

- Co-ordination, supervision and monitoring of the logistics and administrative activities.- Responsible for successful implementation of the organisational procedures.- Training logistics and administrative staff for successful implementation of the programmes and for their sustainability after the departure of the expatriate team.- Checking the proper implementation and respect for national laws and regulations, along with the respect for with donors’ guidelines.- Implementation of co-ordination and communication networks.- Management of the security of the base.- Human Resources Management of the base (Organization, job description, recruitment, evaluation).- Management of the finance of the base (monthly forecast, monthly closing, budget proposal design).
