Reported to the Canadian President and CEO, accountable for identifying, developing and implementing strategic HR systems, processes and policies enterprise-wide. Managed 3 direct reports and 21 indirect reports with an annual budget of $3.3M. HR lead on a variety of business and cultural transformation initiatives including corporate re-branding, realignment of organizational structure, 15 acquisitions across business lines in multiple provincial jurisdictions as well as the introduction of an employee engagement model and survey. Promoted a robust talent development strategy which included the introduction of an enterprise wide leadership and core competency model, 360 performance feedback survey, talent pool review process and the design and delivery of a managerial leadership development program. Drove HR operational and service excellence by implementing an integrated HR technology platform, redesigning regional benefit plans into a national flex benefit plan and developing and reporting out key HR performance metrics.

Reported to the Vice President, Human Resources, accountable for all HR activities supporting 1,400 employees across 3 regions. Introduced numerous employee programs including Employee Scholarship, Service Awards, Employee Assistance as well as a Management Incentive Plan. HR lead on merger with 2 other Ontario medical diagnostic laboratories. Successfully defeated a protracted union organizing campaign.

Reported to the regional General Manager, accountable for all HR activities supporting 750 employees. Created HR function, infrastructure, policies and programs.

Reported to the Director of Human Resources, accountable for all facets of HR service to 250 non-unionized, 200 unionized and 50 corporate staff working in manufacturing, distribution, retail and corporate operations throughout Canada.
