Managed the software development team responsible for Proligent Enterprise, Proligent Appliance and the Data Integration Module (DIT). Focus on delivering on schedule software applications defined by the product managers using Agile (Scrum) methodology and without compromise to quality. Managed a remote software development team within the Proligent development organization. The main tasks were to ensure that the offshore team understand and follow the architectural design as well as deliver on time the agreed functionality.

As Skipper of Chandelle, sailed double handed over then 8000 thousands nautical miles, including Atlantic crossing and most of the Caribbean Sea.

Accountable for managing the development effort at Kangaroo TV, including planning, testing and delivering all hardware products and software applications develop by the company.

Lead the development effort of the systems product line, accountable for the releases of the following products: editing and finishing (fire & smoke), effects and compositing (flint, flame, inferno) DI and color grading (luster), procedural compositing (toxik) and desktop product (combustion, cleaner and edit). Staff: 50 developers, including 6 development managers and 6 product designers. Duties: product roadmap, planning and development, technology management, team management.

Responsible for the architecture and optimization of the smoke time-line, and the video player. Optimize several fire-and-smoke modules.

Design and develop software applications for interfacing with Miranda hardware.
