• In charge of a budget of 600 KUSD, I have managed and coordinated humanitarian activities in Magdalena medio/Sur de Bolivar and developed the following emergency missions:
• Earthquake (Armenia- January 99): 300.000 victims: food access and construction programs with additional grant.
• Development of humanitarians programs for IDP including food access, micro productive projects, and mental health support for children.
• Selection and counseling of implementing locals NGO’s.

In charge of setting up the official agency of Médecins du Monde in Colombia.Negotiating and signing partnerships contracts with national and international organizations.Prospecting and signing local sponsoring and grants.Preliminary missions and prospecting for local partners for IDP’s projects in Uraba.
