Cinque Partners LLC was an independent Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) based in Los Angeles, California. The company was the result of a spin-off of the Capital Partners Group from Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group. Pierre, along with four partners, was a key contributor to the formation and registration of Cinque Partners. Pierre provided research and risk analytics for the hedged equity model and acted trader for the firm.Cinque Partners sub-advised a mutual fund and two private placements for Frost Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.

The Capital Partners Groups was an entity within Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group. Pierre was one of the founders of the group and one of the originators of its hedged core equity model designed as a lower risk/volatility approach to more traditional long-biased strategies. In addition to being one of the architects of the stock and options selection model, Pierre was in charge of updating and maintaining the model as well as implementing the changes in two private funds and one Common Trust Fund.

Pierre provided statistical analysis and data management support for Private Client Services’ (PCS) Wells Fargo Signature Core equity model as well as for the PCS Asset Allocation team. The PCS flagship Signature Core equity model served as the model for separate accounts, co-mingled funds and unit trusts across the Wells Fargo footprint.
