Pierre Calmon is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience in the composites industry, specializing in aerospace, marine, wind power, offshore, and industrial composite solutions. As a recognized expert in his field, he is a speaker at industry events such as the JEC conferences, where he presented on the manufacture of the largest boat made in carbon fiber/epoxy infusion, and the METS Trade Conferences, where he spoke about offshore composite structural repairs.In addition to his speaking engagements, Pierre has served as a technical advisor on a range of civil engineering projects, including the manufacture of molds and panels for the roof of the AVE station in Saudi Arabia, which covered an impressive 30,000 m2 of self-extinguishing composite. He has also provided consulting services to start-up companies in the composite industry, including a manufacturing unit for composite domes in Turkmenistan and Abu Dhabi.
