From 2020-02-20 Member of the Committee of Experts reporting to the National Council for Road Safety and the Interministerial Delegate for Road SafetyAeronautical engineer from ESTACA, supplemented by a DEA in fluid mechanics.A short stay at UTAC in the 80s as an type approval and research engineer on helmets, then for 20 years in a French SME manufacturer of head protections as Director responsible for approval and then successively Quality, R & D and Customer Service Director (Mediterranean and Africa). I was joining UTAC at the end of 1999 as Head of Passive Safety then Head of Safety Department in 2006. From July 2012 I am in charge of Regulatory Affairs for the UTAC CERAM Group.In addition to monitoring regulatory developments in Geneva, under the GRSP, or in Brussels, from the European Commission, I was Chairman of different international working groups issue from the GRSP on the frontal impact and compatibility of light vehicles as well as new regulations on child restraint systems. Finally I actively participate in Euro NCAP as well as chair of some technical groups as participating in the Board of Directors.
