I started off in the service industry. First I was a waiter then i later became a barman/ stock controller. These positions allowed me to build on my client service, stock controlling and organisational skills. When i later moved over to the automotive industry i started off as a quality controller at Audi. This gave me a basic technical understanding for the vehicles and also helped me refine my client service skills a lot more as it is a premium brand and requires a more preemptive approach to client service. My current position as a Warranty Administrator at Volkswagen has given me a incite to how a corporate company functions and has taught me a lot about the administration work involved with warranty claims, large franchise, multiple dealers and how they all tie in together to form a dealer network.
