My career in ABA therapy began in 2015 when I joined Autism Behavioral Services as a behavior technician. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience working with clients in both in-home and center-based settings. The following year, I advanced my career by joining the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Neurobehavioral Unit as a Clinical Assistant, where I received advanced training in ABA and provided intensive treatment to individuals with ASD who exhibited severe, problematic behaviors. In 2017, I transitioned back to in-home and center-based services and worked as a registered behavior technician at Verbal Beginnings.Currently, I am a Lead Behavior Tech at Acorn Health, where I work closely with the director and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery while also maintaining RBT responsibilities.
